エディブルフラワーを身近に感じながら、彩り鮮やかな料理を愉しむランチ会の第二弾を、恵比寿の『336 ébisu』さんで開催させていただきました。今回のテーマはアフタヌーンティー。日常生活に役立ちそうなエディブルフラワーの基礎知識や活用方法をお伝えしてから、エディブルフラワーをあしらったサラダやオープンサンドイッチ、デザートをご堪能いただきました。ドリンクはクローバーをあしらった"Chandon Garden Spritz"はじめ、バタフライピーを活用した鮮やかなカクテルをご紹介。お越しくださった素敵なゲストの皆様が、エディブルフラワーをより身近に感じてくださっていたら嬉しいです。

レピュニット・フラワー・ラボではエディブルフラワーを楽しむ様々な企画やイベントを定期的に開催していく予定です。お楽しみに！

< #2 Lunch event to enjoy edible flowers >

We just held our 2nd event to enjoy colorful and beautiful lunch as feeling closer to edible flowers at Restaurant “336 ébisu” located in Ebisu, Tokyo.

The theme of this event was “Afternoon Tea”.

Starting with the introduction of basic knowledge of edible flowers that is useful for daily life and how to incorporate them into our everyday life,

we offered beautiful salads, sandwiches, desserts and etc with edible flowers.

And as for drinks, we offered "Chandon Garden Spritz" with a happy cloverleaf and also very special colorful cocktail with butterfly pea.

We’re so glad if everyone who joined us felt closer to edible flowers.

We, “repunit-flower-lab” are planning more projects and events to enjoy edible flowers regularly going forward.
